Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hyperbukit LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Hyperbukit”, “we”), covering hyperbukit.com and everything it does. By creating an account, connecting a wallet, reserving a seat, depositing, donating or hosting, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What Hyperbukit is

Hyperbukit is a bucket list platform. You keep a list of things you want to do, and the site connects that list with real-world events and experiences run by independent hosts. Some events are free; some are funded with Bukit, a utility token on the Solana blockchain used for access and participation — a ticket or arcade credit, not a financial product.

2. Accounts

• You can sign in with an email address and password, or with a Phantom wallet. One email may be linked to one wallet; when you link them, goals on the email account move to the wallet’s list permanently.
• You are responsible for your password, your wallet and its seed phrase, and everything done from your account. We cannot recover a wallet for you.
• You must be 18 or older to deposit, donate, or host or join token-funded events. Free events may set their own age rules.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, other people, or the law.

3. Your bucket list

Your goals, notes and pictures are yours. Notes and pictures on completed goals are private by default. If you switch an item to public it appears to other users in the Suggested tab with your identity masked, and you grant us permission to show it there. Goal titles on a wallet list are visible to anyone who knows the wallet address. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share; we may remove content that breaks this rule.

4. Free events and tickets

• Hosts are independent people and organisations, not Hyperbukit. The host, not Hyperbukit, decides who attends, what happens at the event, and whether it goes ahead.
• A reservation is a request for seats, up to four per reservation, counted against the capacity the host set. Nothing is charged for a free event.
• Your QR ticket contains a secret code. Anyone holding it can present it as you, so keep it to yourself. The same ticket comes back when you sign in with the same email or wallet.
• Hosts see the attendee list for their own event (masked emails or wallet addresses and party size) so they can run the door.

5. Token-funded events

Token-funded event buckets are not yet available on the live site (they are marked “coming soon”). When they are, deposits are made from your wallet directly into a smart-contract event bucket on Solana. If the bucket reaches the host’s conditions by its deadline, the tokens are released to the host; if not, each depositor claims a refund from the contract. Hyperbukit never holds your tokens in that flow. Once a bucket has tipped, deposits are final. Hosts take on the exchange-rate risk of the tokens they receive.

6. Buying Bukit

• Bukit is issued at a fixed rate of 100 Bukit per 1 SOL deposited, with a 2% service fee taken inside the same transaction. The rate and the fee are shown before you sign.
• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. A deposit that has confirmed is final.
• Bukit is a utility token for access and participation on Hyperbukit. It is not an investment, does not represent ownership of Hyperbukit LLC, and carries no promise of value or return. Its value on any third-party market can go up or down, including to zero.
• A per-person deposit limit may apply. Hyperbukit may decline or cap deposits to comply with the law.
• Sending Bukit or SOL to any wallet other than the one shown on the site is at your own risk.

7. Donations

You can donate to Hyperbukit LLC by card or Apple Pay through Stripe. A donation supports the company and buys nothing — no Bukit is issued for it. Donations are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment.

8. The EDC bus and other in-person events

For bus rides, boat trips and similar physical events, the operator’s own terms and any waiver they require apply in addition to these terms, and will be linked from the event. Tell us about accessibility needs at Outreach@hyperbukit.com before the event and we will do our best; hosts and operators may refuse entry to anyone who endangers others or breaks their rules. You are responsible for your own belongings and behaviour.

9. Disclaimers and limits

Hyperbukit is alpha software provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that events happen, that hosts deliver, that the blockchain is available, or that the site is free of errors. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Hyperbukit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or fifty US dollars. Using cryptocurrency is at your own risk.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the new version. Florida law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida.
