Yes. Pick Dollars (card), BUKIT (on chain) or Both when you host. Cards cost guests a 5% processing fee, unless the host covers it by quoting a price with the fee already in it; BUKIT costs 3%, only if the event fills. If it doesn’t fill, everyone is refunded in full — Hyperbukit covers the card processing fees. Free events stay free: guests reserve a spot and get a QR ticket.

Yes — that is what “Starts after…” does on the hosting form. Put up a free event first, let people say they are interested at no cost, and hang the real one off it. The second event is created straight away but not on sale: it sits as “Next up” on its own card, linked from the first one, and the two stay separate events the whole way through. Once the first has happened we email you the number — “32 people said they’re interested” — and you set the price and the capacity against it and press Publish. Tick “Open it for me automatically” if you would rather skip that step. If the first event does not come off, the second is called off too unless you said to run it anyway; nothing was ever sold on it, so there is nothing to refund. You can also give the people who RSVP’d a head start: for the hours you pick, only they can get a ticket.

One event, two ways to pay for the same ticket: by card, or in BUKIT. Pick "Both" when you host. A ticket costs the same either way — the BUKIT price is worked out from your ticket price at the rate pinned the moment you create the event, and it never moves afterwards. Both kinds of ticket count toward one minimum and share one capacity. Nothing is settled until that minimum is reached: if it is, cards are charged and the BUKIT is released to you; if the deadline passes without it, every card is refunded and every depositor takes their tokens back from the contract. Guest rewards apply to card tickets only.

Connect Stripe once — from the "Set up payouts" link on the host form or your Account page. Stripe asks for your details and bank account. Cards are charged when the event fills, straight to your Stripe account, and the money reaches your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. On a card event with a minimum, guests can reserve before you finish: their cards are saved, and if Stripe still isn’t set up at your funding deadline, every reservation is released and nothing is charged. Events without a minimum, and Both events, sell card tickets once you finish (a Both event sells BUKIT tickets meanwhile). Guests pay a 5% processing fee on top of your ticket price, and Stripe’s own card fees come out of that 5%, so you receive the price you set; tick “I’ll cover the processing fee” to quote a price with the processing fee included instead. BUKIT events pay 97% to your wallet automatically when the event fills.

Host payouts aren’t turned on for this site yet, so card tickets can’t go on sale here. Host it free for now and link to your own ticket page from the Event link field; the form offers to switch for you.

Creating a token-funded bucket is a transaction on Solana, and a transaction has to be signed by a wallet — an email account has no key to sign with. Connect Phantom and the BUKIT and Both options unlock. If you would rather not use a wallet, pick Dollars: Stripe pays you in your own currency and no wallet is involved.

There are two separate rewards. Sharing: on events where the host offers a referral reward, anyone can share the event from its bucket card (the link carries your code). When a friend books through it the reward is split and you each get half the reward off — $4 is $2 off for you and $2 off for them. Your friend’s half comes off their price at checkout; yours comes off your own ticket when your card is charged, or back as a refund if you’ve already paid. The host’s friends get their half too, but the host doesn’t earn from sharing their own event. Your credit: on trips Hyperbukit hosts you also get a credit off your booking, paid by Hyperbukit, for supporting Hyperbukit or completing your profile (link a verified email, add a bucket list item, mark one done with a photo, and take the three tours) — one is enough. It comes off once per booking, however many tickets are in it, and never more than half of it; the event’s bucket card shows how much. It is apart from referring: the host’s referral reward and its cap are only for sharing, and Your credit comes on top. It comes off the same way. On trips Hyperbukit hosts, referral credit you can’t use on your ticket — you have no card ticket, or yours costs less than the credit — is paid in BUKIT at its dollar value once the trip fills, to your connected Phantom wallet (without one it waits as missed earnings until you connect it); so is your half when you book BUKIT tickets through a friend’s link. On other hosts’ events it comes off your ticket only. You cannot refer yourself, including from your own linked email.

It depends how close the event is. Within about a week of the deadline a hold for the amount goes on your card, and it is only charged if the event reaches its minimum by its deadline — the hold is released if it doesn't. Further out, a Hyperbukit-hosted event charges you now and refunds in full if it falls through, and an independent host saves your card and charges it only when the event fills. The button says which one applies before you confirm.

Yes, on an event with a money minimum, once you hold a card ticket: the “Chip in” box under your ticket takes any amount from $1, plus the 5% processing fee, on its own payment page. It counts toward the event’s minimum, not its tickets — it is not an extra ticket. It is paid the way your ticket is: only charged if the event fills (charged straight away once the minimum is met), refunded in full if it doesn’t, and it goes back with your ticket if you refund the ticket. Chip-ins earn no reward credit, and with your ticket they count toward the $2,000 per-person cap. On an event sold by card and BUKIT the box has a second tab, BUKIT: chip in from a connected wallet that holds no BUKIT on that event, at least 1 BUKIT and never so much that it would fill the bucket on its own. It goes straight into the event’s bucket and counts toward the minimum at the rate fixed when the event was created; it is not a ticket either. Unlike dollars it does not follow your ticket — the app cannot move BUKIT once it is in the bucket — so if your card ticket is refunded it stays in the pot: you can take it back yourself with “Withdraw my BUKIT” where the event allows refunds, but only until the event fills — once it fills, it stays in the pot — and it comes back to your wallet by itself if the event doesn’t fill.

Yes. From your event you can add up to five co-hosts, by email address or wallet; each one is emailed to say so. A co-host can edit the event, add and remove its photos, download the attendee list, and check guests in at the door. A co-host cannot cancel the event, issue or refund tickets, make discount codes, change the co-host list, or touch your payout account — those stay with you, and so does responsibility for the event. One thing to weigh: the attendee list they can download carries your guests’ email addresses. Co-hosts are not told about each other.

Yes, up to ten, added from the event once it is posted — by you or by a co-host, and either of you can remove them again. They appear on the bucket card and on the event’s share page, so treat them as public even on a link-only event: there is no per-photo private switch here, the way there is on a bucket list item. Photos are resized in your browser before they are sent, which also strips the camera metadata, GPS included.

Event hosts are outside participants who offer or organize the underlying events and experiences. They are independent from the Hyperbukit platform and may choose to connect their events to the ecosystem and accept Bukit for eligible access or participation.

Hosts can accept Bukit as a digital access mechanism for eligible events on the Hyperbukit platform. In that role, the token works more like a pass, ticket, or arcade credit used to activate participation in a specific experience. Once received, tokens are held in the host's own wallet. Hosts, as independent outside participants, are responsible for deciding how to use or manage any tokens they receive.

Yes. Hosts are paid in Bukit tokens, and like any merchant who accepts a digital asset, they accept that its exchange value can go up or down. Hyperbukit does not guarantee, peg, or stabilize the value of Bukit. Hosts who prefer not to hold the token can manage or exchange it through independent third-party services after they receive it.

The host sets the minimum as a fixed amount of Bukit tokens. The platform shows an approximate conversion (for example, from a dollar target) as a convenience while creating the event, but this is only an estimate at that moment in time. The on-chain minimum, all deposits, and the payout are denominated purely in Bukit.

Hosts are independent outside participants. Once they receive Bukit tokens in their own wallets, they decide how to use or manage those tokens. This may include reusing them within the Hyperbukit ecosystem or, where supported by external services, managing or exchanging them outside the platform. Any such exchanges happen through third-party services that Hyperbukit does not operate, control, or guarantee.
